Statesman Capital provides first and second mortgages on residential and commercial real estate as well as financing for residential, industrial, office and retail developments and construction. We will work closely with our clients or through a mortgage broker to assist those who may have difficulty qualifying for traditional loans from banks and credit unions.
With over 30 years of real estate financing, development and construction experience, Statesman Capital takes pride in our ability to understand borrowers’ needs and to rapidly respond to equity and investment requests. We can often process a complete loan application and provide you with a decision in under 24 hours.
Statesman Capital is registered as a mortgage broker under the Mortgage Brokers Act (British Columbia) with the Financial Institutions Commission of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia. We are based in Vancouver and primarily lend throughout Western Canada with an emphasis in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Langley and the rest of the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
